All we know from your tests is that your drug works well but you should also make fibroscan once a year, your fibrosis shoud stay stable or regress.

As inactive carrier we rather define patient who has hbv dna und, normal alt and hbsag quantitive < 1000, but without any medication and you are on entencavir.
Have you ever done HBsAg quant ? If no you should.

You are infected with hbv but there is a chance that you are inactive carrier and your liver is in a good state because your ALT is normal and hbv dna und.
But you should make Fibroscan, ultrasound and HBsAg quantitive test to get more information.
