Vaccination and excercise

FWK
Hi,

I have had my first Hep B vaccination and will be taking teh next one hopefully tmr and teh last on July 1st.

After my first vaccination last tuesday, I went to a team building activity with my company as part of my programme 2 days later and was involved in minor excdercises like balancing on ropes and dropping from heights and maybe assisting in lifting people. I had muscle and body aches teh day after

The Nurse told me not to go to the gym, not sure if these exercises have affected the vaccination.
Could you help me with this?

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for teh reply, but it was part of my training and it wasn't heavy activities, more like a bit of pulling and falling from 2 ft above the ground and balancing on wires.
I just ached teh next day....dunno

Thanks anyway

You must be adult now.

When my children had their vaccinations, no limitation on activities was given.

Please take common-sense precautions and avoid extreme activities.

Best wishes
