Vaccine

If i got the HepB vaccine and it worked correctly does that mean 1) I can never get the virus, or does that mean that 2) I can get the virus, but my body will just take care of it for me

If 2) is the case, then would i develop symptoms and then just clear it, or would my body immediately attack it and I would never develop symptoms/never even know I had it.

Secondly, the statistics that, what is it.., over 90% of people clear the virus from their body refer to people who have been vaccinated, or does it refer to people who get the virus who never got vaccinated?

If you are not yet infected and take complete the vaccine set and respond to the vaccine set by developing the surface antibodies, you can't get HepB.  If the virus enters your system, you immune system will light up and recognize the virus and kill it.  The virus would not have the chance to get comfortable and take hold so you would not feel any symptoms at all.  This is what immune means.

As such, the 90% clearance is for people who are not immune, get HepB, then their immune system take time to clear the virus usually in under 6 months.
