Viread

So I've been on viread for the last 6 months. Apparently I've lost weight, loss alot of muscle mass and my bones seem weaker. I'm at the point where I feel the weakness in my bones, my bone in my arm feels so fragile. I use to lift weights and workout, now I feel as if I cant because my bones cant handle it. I've lost almost all my muscles and I'm trying to figure out if there is any way I can take some sort of supplements or something to strengthen my bones and get back to feeling strong and build my muscle mass back. Do you guys have any tips or ideas? Is it normal to feel this way?

I'm on tdf since almost 2 years and I've gained muscle in a meantime and my weight went up around 7kg.
I do hard weight/cardio trainings 4 times a week. I take protein supplements and 2000-4000 IU of D3 during autumn/winter.

weak bones are due to hbv, hbvers have life long vit d deficency which lowers immune system and makes oseoporosis

as to weight loss thet is beneficial for the liver, bmi between 20-22 are the best for the liver and also longevity, big muscles masses dont go well with liver both for hbvers or hbv negative people

if you do want muscles you may try heptech products and contact hepatitistechnologies, i think todd schnider also keeps good shape muscles so he might have good tips on diet and supplements, he had advanced cirrhosis from hbv+hcv and regressed cirrhosis by heptech products only (hbv+hcv has no therapy)

You should check your Vit D3 level. Test name is " 25OH Vitamin D3 "
Depending on how low your vit d3 level is, you can take vit d3 5000iu or 10,000iu. I am on 8000 iu vit d3 at the moment.
