Vitamin D toxic levels?

Hi Steve and others
I remember reading that there is no Vitamin D3 toxic level. Today got my vitamin D 25OH test done it shows 94.02ng/ml and it mentions levels greater than 100ng/ml as toxic. I currently take 10k vitamin D3 daily, should I reduce it to 5k now?

there is no such toxic level, you are safe as long as you are below 150ng/ml and you drink plently of water and no dairies int he diet.if you want to be safe you can check serum calcium level from time to time, the only danger from high levels of vit d from 100-150ng/ml up is that you absorb too uch calcium from food

Thanks Stef. Only little milk in tea and Curd (yoghurt) and every meal are the dairy products I consume

I take 10k as well. I read the toxic level is 250-300k so you should be fine. Not a doctor.
