What Test To Take If I've Been Vaccinated?

I am male and received unprotected oral sex and did some kissing with a 21 year old female escort. I don't know how much risk I had with this situation, but I've been vaccinated for Hepatitis B and was confirmed to be positive for surface antibodies (antibodies due to immunization) and negative for core antibodies (antibodies due to infection). Couple of questions:

1. Should I even test to see if I was infected with Hep B?
2. What test would I need to take to determine Hep B infection despite being vaccinated? Do I do another core antibody test?
3. What would be the window period for the test from date of possible infection?

Do you know if you developed the antibodies for Hep B from the vaccine? Or was it more likely that you got vaccinated but never developed antibodies to the virus?

get infected with Hep B even if I've been vaccinated?

no you will clear virus before it can do any harm, if antibody titer is low you might get a very mild and short hepatitis which is equal to nothing

I've already been tested to see if I was infected already and I wasn't. At the same time I tested for antibodies due to the vaccine and I was positive for it. But I'm wondering is it still possible to get infected with Hep B even if I've been vaccinated?

1. Should I even test to see if I was infected with Hep B?
yes usually hbv is aquired at birth

2. What test would I need to take to determine Hep B infection despite being vaccinated? Do I do another core antibody test?
hbsag test will tell you if you were infected already, if it was negative you were not infected

3. What would be the window period for the test from date of possible infection?
window period after infection can be more than 6 months

just check hbsab if it has become positive, the test to see if you were infected already hbsag should have been made before vaccine
