What are your thoughts on my treatment? HCV and HBV co-infection.........
New thoughts? HBV UNT for 14yrs while surface AG pos, AB neg, Ae seroconverted on it's own after 14yrs. Then I took Epclusa my HCv and BAM! reactivation to 360 iu in 2 weeks. Went on Entecavir , back to UNT at 1 month. Liver enzymes were around 35/35 for years, lowered to 23/17 when my HCV cleared, now back to 35/35ish on Entecavir with 2 weeks left on Epclusa. We are going to try to take me off the Entecavir in 3 months and see if I can sustain UNT on my own once my immune system calms down after the Epclusa. I know that I could be on for life. INF is terrible and not what I want. Not being surface AG pos wioth a 30% chance of clearance. Thoughts?
