What could this be...?

I have had an ovarian cyst on my right side. A laprioscopy found it as large as a
grapefruit in 1995. The doctor took my apendix and reported it unremarkable.
I was exposed to "black" mold asperguillis, stochybotrus for a time in the condo.
Shortly after I have had massive swelling in my mid section, flatulence and general pain,
as well as a dime size area of sharp tenderness in my right side a hand size away from my
breast. My stomache has now joined in and I threw up blood. (nausea)  Fun huh? When I bend down to
pick something up my whole mid section siezes up. I can barely stand back up and the pain
is phenominal. I had an ovarian cancer blood test that came back negative...Yea!
Is my cyst pinching my bowel causing an obstruction? How do you test to see if you have an infection
in your ovary? Why just because I have medicaide (State medical coverage) will they not do the neccessary mid section scan? They told me it is too expensive!  It is only money! This is my life and I am raising a young
child whom needs me!  HELP! :^)  Thank You!
