What the lab's result means?

I'm a 77 lady, no medication, non sexually active since my husband death -2005. For last 7 months have had high lipase (2x), no symptoms. Ultrasound of abdomen fine, MRI of abdomen shows moderately enlarged liver. The lab's test shows:
Hep.AAb Total FL1 Reactive, Hep.B Core Ab. Reactive, Hep. B SURF. Ab. Reactive
What does it mean? Am I infected or cleared the virus? What additional tests should I have? What the best treatment? I'm devastated because of the lab's test. Please help.

In general, Hep b core ab indicated hep b infection in the past, and hep b surf ab mean immune system has developed antibody to suppress any hep b if it ever emerged, no longer a carrier, and will not transmit the virus to anyone else, just my opinion, I am not a doctor.
