Why has fibroscan got worse on ETV?
I have been taking entecavir for nearly 2.5 years. Results of fibroscan went from around 7.6pa to 4.4pa and then in latest its 7pa.

One reason for significantly worsening fibroscan, despite taking NUCs for prolonged time, could be another liver disease, such as fatty liver or NASH.
This should be investigated IMO...

I am on entecavir over 2 years. My liver enzymes are no improvement, Fibrosure result is worsened than last year, I had Fibroscan done once but no more, so could not compare.

I had 11.4 kPa and immediately started entecavir done 16 months later FibroScan 7.7 kPa was again .Maybe can fake with FibroScan so try to do it again
I trust FibroScan not really good but I want to do again juli.mijn AST and ALT is between 18 and 30 times and HBV DNA between 10 and 20iu / ml
