Will Newborn will born with HBV ?

hi ,
I am hepatitis B positive with 8 millions copies and my wife is negative (vaccined )
My doctor from ( Thailand bumrungrad ) adviced me to stop Viread  3months before trying to have baby and which lead me 5000 copies to 8mil copies within 6 months .
My AST 60 and ALT 185 now , is it at dangerous point ?

- Now i worry if newborn will infected HBV if i have a child right now ?
- Should i start Viread again and lower the number and have baby
Or
- Should i have baby as soon as possible ?
- Is Viread have huge effect on people who try to have baby ?

Forgive my bad english
Thanking you all in anticipation

Not sure though when it is man who is the carrier if it is any difference, I believe your baby should be fine after vaccination at birth ( in the first 24 hours) as stated by stef.
