Working Out with Hepatitis B
Hi everyone, so I am 17 right now and I have chronic Hepatitis B. I used to work out but I stopped for a few months under my parent's urge. Now, I would like work out again but I would like to know if it is recommendable, like will working out hurt worsen my situation?

Moderate aerobic exercises is considerate to be good for HBVers. But it always depends on your condition and liver state. I think if you feel good with the exercises you should continue. But no exhausting training it may harm immune system.
