Workout with HBV

Could you please tell me if ,based  on my results posted in the below question, I could work out if I'm a HBV carrier? I've heard that it'd not be indicated to work out if you got Hept B because the liver needs to do extra work if your body is subject to physical effort. And, since the HBV  attacks the liver it'd be recommended to let the liver rest as much as possible. What do you think?

Thanks.

Don't overwork physically.  Normal amount is ok, rest enough, eat well, etc.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Unfortunately, somebody told me the same thing and it's very confusing. What is a normal amount? Could a 2 hour work out 3 times/week  be defined as too much?
Or how would you make that determination?

Thank you again.

You can tell when you're pushing your body too far, right? Is it 2 hours of heavy lifting?  Or is it a 2 hour walk?  You have to make your own judgment based on reasonable parameters.
