abdominal pain

just curious , but i have had small discomfort in my left side of my stomach , like in the middle upper left of my rib cage, i guess where my pancreas is. is this normal do to acute hep b?...all my other hep symptoms have gone away..i wouldn't say its a pain, its more of discomfort that comes and goes...i started seeing symptoms of hep b around august to give you an idea of how long i have known about it...
