about hepa b

im a hepa b carrier since 2008, it runs in the family my sister also have this disease, just want to know kung ma cucure pa ba yung ganitong klaseng disease, gusto ko kasing mag abroad kaso mahirap kasi babagsak ako sa medical, is there any agency here in the philippines who accept applicant with hepa b?.. thank you so much your help will be highly appreciated
