alt increasing with viread a good sign

Hi al, today i got my lft result i am on tenofovir from 4 months i am noticing one thing that my Alt is increasing last month it was 62 this month it is 85 a bit spike in bilrubin too 1.9 from 1.4 but hbv dna is decreasing came to 200000 from 170000000 in 45 days and i am hbeag positive too so is it a good sign that spike in alt is removing died cells and immune system is working at its best?

chill mate this is normal in starting it is the immune respone when you take tenofovir ...it is a very safe and good medicine i have completed 10 months on viread it has done wonders for me...my hbv dna was uncountable >170000000 and when i started tenofovir(viread) alt spiked to 85 and ast 65 on  4th month of treatment and now they are normal on month 10 alt is 36 and ast is 27 and hbv dna quantitative is 430 iu/ml .

My doctor gave me extra Medicine as already rising 83 I am on Tenofovir since 3.5 months DNA dropped 6000 to 1100 Last 6 months before I used enticavir .5
Extra Vitamin b and cancer prevent medicine and first stage serosise medicine
in starting my doctor gave me priscribed me multivitamin only that too alternate month stopping for 1 month than taking for one month no he has stopped my multivitamin too i am only on tenofovir.My opinion and my doctors is tenofovir is enough. Rest your doctor will tell you better and no need to worry if you are on tenofovir

I am have same result. My doctor concerned about it. Gave me some extra Medicine  to take to save the liver. But this community say this is normal . I am confused
