antibodies to Hep B

I recently gave blood and I received a letter that stated that I was positive for antibodies to Hep B core antigens but everything else was negative what does this mean?  What does this mean for my family?   Can anyone please help me to understand this because I am a little worried.  I have had all the shots (vaccines) for this, please help me to understand.    Thanks
