This is the 1st time that my heb is activated and this the 1st time i will take baraclude or viread
My doc tell me interf maybe used after one or two years with viread because at this stage i have a lot of virus,it will not work also she knew that i have small children,with the effects side i cant continue so she proposes veread than when  there may be decrease of hbsag and  get ready i will take it,but now impossible

every thing concerning hbv (fibroscan,monitoring ultrasound treatment are free because there is a law wich includes 100% free for hbv hbc hiv and 30chronic deseases,and you know the doc who insists ,for me i hate hospitals also i  have2 chlidren to take care of.

I was there in hospital only for 6 hours after biopsy, if you want you can stay longer, but I dont think you will be needing that long hours of stays in the hospital. If the treatment is free then you could stay longer but if you have to pay I dont recommend staying that long, just wasting money.

thanks gys ,where i am treated is  a very good hospital and my doc told me to do not worry,they pactice this every day ,just a hospitalisation for 24h or more is needed after biopsy because they should be sure that there is no secandary effect

I dont know biopsy will help or not. But if you do biopsy tell your DR. To used USG guided Biopsy so that they can pull out from the right place. Its also reduces the risk of bleeding as we dont know if we have nodular or not. I did biopsy 10 days go with USG guided.

maybe you'd better consider MR elastography rather than biopsy?

i  will do biopsy on september,icalled  my doc ,she is in vacancy!
She will comeback 30 june (not far) stef what do you think

No use speculating speak to your doctor they may require a biopsy!
But yes fibro scan is linked to ALT

If your ALT is elevated, then you Fibroscan score will also increase.

I dont think that the augmentation is due to weight,because i am on diet and i lost some killos in the past few monthes
It is due to hbv and i have now alat at 150 uiml
My Doc put me on monitoring from now to 19 jully than a check with her on 29 jully,and sure i will be under treatment
Because she told me in my last check
if increase of fibroscan result sure treatment

Hello,

Do not worry. It is very changeable. Your liver may get fat, which causes higher kPa or your immune system may active against virus and you ALT get flare,  which also causes higher kPa.

Eath healthy, live healthy. Do exercises. Do not  be fatty.

You will see that your fibroscan result will be lover than 6 kPa.
