Your ALT is 22 which is normal for a female, so I don't know why your doctor told you you have high liver enzymes. Ask your doctor to explain. Your viral load is undetectable  which is very good. However your HBeAg and HBeAb are both positive. This may just be temporary, most likely HBeAg will turn negative  next time you do your test.
Not knowing your history, I would guess you are in the immune control phase and your disease is inactive. No need for treatment and just have regular check up.
Just my opinion.
