combo in case of hbv dna und

From the last results it seams that a combo antiviral + interferon have a better chance to clear hbv infection.
It is not decide yet the protocol, first the antiviral and after that add interferon or start both in the same time or ..., but it seams that even a person that was declared notresponer to interferon was responsive on the secont try if before this second try keep the hbv dna undetectable using antivirals.

so my questions is how all this mapped on a patient that has HBV DNA und or at low value (e,g <2000 UI) - is recommended to go on antivirals for the combo ?

i thiink that going on antiviral first is always a good thing unless totally undetactable less than 20iu/ml

interferon has been used on hbvdna und and normal ast/alt individulas and the clearance rate was much higher, i dont remember exactly but it was about 20% or more
