Curcumin extraxt is one of ingrediens in Fibrogard it lovers liver inflamation (inflammation),does enyone knows how much is safe to take?

i use it on black rice with oliv oil, soia powder, vegetables like brocoli, granapadano italian cheese...just delicious, to follow bluberries/mixed berries/black grape and then take all heptech products too

thank you for respond,I use it as pill 500mg a day along with some other antioxidants.grape seeds bluebary and pomograne extraxts.
