declining high SGPT SGOT and BILI but good Alb level and high ALK

5 years ago at 17 I was diagnosed with Hep B, but my father bought me some thing called Liveren and my SGPT came back to normal levels.  Since then I never paid much attention to the disease, too young to realize the seriousness; parents weren't educated about it neither.  Let it trail off and 5 years later, I got all the symptoms about a month ago; got tested SGPT 1870, SGOT 660 BILI 14, The doctor thought it was Acute, then week after got tested again; SGPT dropped to 1140 or so and BILI dropped to 11 2 weeks after that, SGPT 990, SGOT is 370.  I drank a lot of alcohol this year here and there but was also on weight loss medicine here and there, But doctor keeps thinking that this is acute Hep B until I reminded him I was diagnosed with Hep B 5 years ago.  Have appointment with Specialist in a month from now.  Currently 23 years of age, don't know if I got the disease when I was a baby, in China, or got it here through sex.  But what I thought was weird was that I have had full checkups all through my life and no doctor has said that I have Hep B until I was 17.  Spoke to cousin who is a doctor, and he says that it's kind of weird that my SGPT levels fluctuated that much and that he thinks  the symptoms do point to Acute HEp B and not chronic, but is it normal for Chronic paitents to have levels fluctuate that much? I am at the age that I do realize the seriosness of the disease and am scarred to death.  I've gotten back on Liveren and have seen Chinese doctors so the SGPT levels have dropped down, does anyone no what is the life expectancy for ACute and Chronic
