And why I don't have immune respons on liver infected cells ? Is it weak ?
I think the better is respons because the infected cells will multiply and higher and higher, yes ?

Steff what does it means this ''and pth less than 20pg/ml " - I dont understand it.

Otherwise  steff you wrote somwhere that with this high hbsAg i can take tenofowir and for 5-10 years it'll decrease my hbsAg.

What is the reason so high hbsAg ??

From which it depends ? Long infection, if longer that higher hbsAg, on hig viral load, on other sth different ?

Thanks.

your hbsag is too high for any drug to work on it on the other hand you have no immune response towards liver infected cells and so no liver damage at all, so there is no rush

you can try vitamin d3 10.000iu daily to make vitd25oh 100ng/ml and pth less than 20pg/ml and see if this has any effect on hbsag.these parameters need to be stable for 6-7months to see effect.
