difference between hepatitis B and hepatitus B carrier

Dear doctor,
I am 20 years old and currently found out that I am a Hepatitus B carrier.  I've read couple of forums on this website about hepatitus B and that is said that 95% of time, the adult is able to fight against the virus.  I'm wondering if it is possible to fight against hepatitus B carrier.

I am sorry to report there are no doctors on this forum ( yet ). This is a patient to patient forum for now. Most here are suffering hep c and the side's that go with it. So, not many here can help. While I'm no doc., I will tell you what I can, it is my understanding that a hep b carrier is someone who has not had time to clear it on there own. I think your best bet is to follow up with your doc. and see if you clear this on your own.
