Moderate exercises are good for immune system, stimulate intf gamma production.

stimulate intf gamma production?what does it mean sir..i am working out for alm0st 2 years..and i lift havy weights already...is this bad.?.

Sorry,I am not sure about the weights. what I have read is it is moderate aerobic exercises 30-60 min a day like running cycling or swimming are good. Also exhausting exercises are not good.
