fibroscan and hbsag quantification available in india


FIBROSCAN- VGM HOSPITAL, OPP. TO RAJALAKSHMI MILLS, SINGANALLUR,
COIMBATORE. This is the only hospital in south india installed
fibroscan, just this week.

HBSAG QUANTIFICATION- RAMAKRISHNA HOSPITAL, SIDHAPUDUR ROAD, COIMBATORE.

In north India, SANJAY GANDHI POST GRADUATE INSTITUE OF MEDICAL
SCIENCE, Lucknow, has got the UP govt nod to buy a fibroscan. They ll
install it within 3 months.

In three months time..  There is another hospital which has Fibroscan is livertransplantindia hospital.  I called them and asked about it and they told me to send a mail ***@****.  I did and waiting for the response.  The website is

the other hospital about to install it very soon is sanjay gandhi institute in lucknow. Make a search in google.
Did they tell (in VGM HOSPITAL) when would they instal a higher version?

My bad :-(  I went to VGM for Fibroscan but unfortunately they sent the machine back because it is not meeting their requirements.  They ordered a higher version which can work for patients with BMI 28..

Please tell where i can do Fibroscan in India.
