the only possible mistakes is to have high readings because the probe is put on the bones but it is very unlikly the doctor can do such mistake
from what i've read ,fibroscan is the most accurate in detecting chirosis, and like 80% in stage 1and 2 fibrosis
I don't think so.fibroscan is also done for this plus ultrasound.if you have a reading like 15or 20 or more so cirrhosis is present
