by this website it is possible to monitor contamination of fish oil products, while fish oil supplements are probably less contaminated and safer than plain fresh fish, not all brands are the same

i post this especially about my suggestion about puritans and solgar on past posts, which are not listed here and you can only think bad about them if they dont list there

it is not lead contamination but Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) the main problem of many brands

while the italian brand i suggested, longlife, is sourced  the same as nordic naturals, which is reported as the purest and highest quality

Thank you for this information. It is good to know that the Italian longlife brand is very safe. it is the one that I continue to use dsily
