for how long that HBsAg positive stay in my body? the result of my test is = HBsAg-positive ( PV=5.73 COV=<2.000),a calcific scar in my right apex.pls reply.

That would depend on your age and length of infection.  If you were infected at birth / infant or if you had the infection for 6 month to 1 year, you likely have a chronic infection.  In this case, the HBsAg will likely stay positive for a lifetime.

If you were recently infected as an adult, you would likely clear this acute infection in less than 6 months.
