Yes i am.410 iu/ml..and i dont feel sick.i just descovered this on a job aplication.when the company ask for medical request.
are you sure they have abbott architect and not hbvdna pcr?are you sre report says 410iu/ml?
I did not got hbvdnd test yet because it is not avialable here in our city.my doctor just gave me legalon to protect my lever..because i am heavy alcohol user before, smoker, and i used amino acid as a supplement on my excersice before, and always eat fatty foods..he said things can cause higher sgpt.i got this hbv on my mother, she died at the age of 32 because of lever and kidney disease.
wow in this case you can get rid of it for sure, what is hbvdna and genotype?
peginterferon is for sure the way to go if hbvdna is not very high
Hi stef..im sorry for incomplete info.my result says,410 iu/ml quantitative.
If a chronic inactive carrier had a count of hbsag 410 (quantitative)
this is a fraud some labs are using on obsolete tests, 410 is the reagent of the obsolete test and not hbsag quantity.
there are 2 tests available since 2000 which are quantitative, abbott architect and roches elecsys, the unit is iu/ml, numbers without the unit cannot be quantitative
