hbsag drop from ntz start/hbvdna 51 still positive..
i am very happy to post about 5 weeks ntz results, the doctor just emailed me hbsag quantity:
hbv genotype D, hbe negative, hbeab positive, hbe precore mutations A1762T-G1764A-G1899A-rtQ215Q/S
started etv 17 novemeber 2009 with slow hbvdna decline added nitazoxanide on march 28 2010
90 feb hbsag = 301s/n, this should have been equal to 301iu/ml or etv made an increse or this value is not reliable as quantitative.hbvdna 464iu/ml
26 march hbsag = *4873,8* IU/ml (abbott quantitative test), hbvdna 135iu/ml
30 april hbsag = 2292,29 iu/ml hbvdna 51 iu/ml
that's a huge drop for hbsag in one month only, doctor said to chek again at end of may because probably hbsag is going down.
if hbsag keeps going down and if also my sister hbsag is confirmed to go down i strongly suggest nitazoxanide to all, and in particular hbe negative and etv or tdf combos

yes that s a crazy price also because we use 120pills per months, 4 per day.out of question
we have checked lupin purity so i can tell you lupin is ok, there are tons of generics approved by FDA in US made by lupin so if drug is from their distributors there should be no trouble
Glenmark, i don't know about this comany, if they have fda approved drugs they should be ok

absolutely no problem but there is a research that says etv suppresses hbcab antibody when makes hbvdna und, hbcab antibody is the most important to clear hbv
a member of our group has got very little results from this combo but he is hbe positive.i am also on this combo and got great results but i am hbe negative and started when hbvdna was 135iu/ml not when und
just try 6 months, maybe on hbe negative it works different.if you don't get results in 3-6 months there are ways to safely discontinue etv by interferon and in that case result is very potent

you must order the 500mg pills, 1 pill at breakfast with food and 1 pill at dinner if you have no sides you can double the dose
suspension is for babies you must order pills.may i know how did you order from romark and how much is a 180 pills supply?
are you und by antivirals?because hbvdna complitely und by nucs can lower alinia response, at least this is what we have seen on hbe positive, on hbe negative we haven t seen it yet

congrats on ur great results! I just purchased alinia online and am waiting for it to reach me. May I know how much alinia suspension should I take per dose and how many times per day? I ordered the powder suspension by romark. I am so excited to start on it since my HBeag is now neg and HBeanti is pos, DNA und. I also hope my HBsag will drop though I have no access to quantitative results here in my country.
