PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVISE OR ANY IDEA ABOUT THE HEP B PHASE...I AM QUITE CONFUSED BECAUSE MY LAST YEARS RESULT WAS DIFFERENT AS OF THIS NOVEMBER RESULT..AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE GIVEN RESULTS LAST DEC 2011 I WAS ANTI-HBS NON REACTIVE AND NOW ACCORDING TO MY LATEST RESULT LAST NOV. 2012 MY ANTI-HBS WAS REACTIVE..SAME AS MY ANTI-HBC IGM, BEFORE IT WAS REACTIVE AND NOW IT TURNS OUT TO BE NO-REACTIVE..I DO APPREACIATE IF YOU GUYS CAN GIVE ME SOME ADVISE OR IDEAS ABOUT MY STATUS..I STOP TAKING ENTECAVIR LAST FEB, 2012..I ONLY TAKE SOME MILK THISTLE  AS OF THE MOMENT..I AM REALLY IN DOUBT ABOUT MY SITUATION..I HOPE I AM IN THE CLEARANCE ALREADY..

Her test results seem to indicate she has not been infected and  she has not been vaccinated. I believe it would be safe to have sex with your wife.

Based on your latest tests, it seems you have fully recovered from an acute infection of hepatitis B. You have lost the HbsAg(non-reactive) and gained antibodies to the surface antigen, anti-HBs (reactive).

It begs the question: why take Entecavir in the first place?

To be sure, you should do a hbvdna test - it should come back as "undetectable".

Congratulations.
