hbsag posative

Hello all

i have found my hbsag positive years in year 2004 now my hbsag status are as follows:
hbsag =  Positive(250)
igm antiHBC = negative
Hbeag= Positive
HBV DNA= refrence value not detected
LFT         =  IN NORMAL RANGE FROM 2004
what  should i do, i need medication or not...this stage is inactive or active???
i am going to married what i do??
to whome i am going to marry is vacniated

To my understanding you do not need medication at this stage if your age is below 40. But you need to monitor your hbsag & hbv DNA and LFT regularly. may be at 6 months level of at least every year. Be in touch with a hepatologist.

If your would be wife is already vaccinated properly, you need not worry.
