hbv-dna

I had a negative antigen and antibody but had a + hbv-dna that was at 8,00 then retested 3 weeks later and hbv-dna was neg so was the antigen and anitbody but still elevated liver-enzymes at alt/ast 120 (but also pancreas amylase/Lipase enyzes elevated at 450. So the question is was that a false + or do I have hep B. Doctors arent exactly sure Liver enzymes are as of today alt/ast 33/33 pain in upper right quadrant had gall bladder removed but still pain exists. Anyone with suggestions? Today results came in neg for antibody and neg for antigen and undected viral load for hbv. Hep c neg and viral load undectable. HIV neg and viral load count undectable.
Should I request an HBV genotype just to be sure?

First you need to clarify which antigen and antibody is positive and negative.  There's the Surface antigen, antibody.  There's the "e" antigen, antibody.  There's the core antibody.  So clarify what's what.

It only adds to the confusion when you just generalize antigen and antibody.

If that was the case wouldnt the Antibody be +
or could have it been a false-pos from (human contamination)
