please can you help to get it.

check if it is produced in nigeria or africa by another name, the drug was approved as antiparassites/rotavirus infections
if you don t find it you can get it online on progressiverx.com

then when Iam suppose to stop the peg interferon injection or is for life I mean the treatment end point
lam must be stopped when interferon is stopped just to be extra safe on resistance, interferon blocks lam resistance development 100%.if you hve entecavir available that is much better because it has little more potency and no resistance issues, so when the course of interferon is finished you can keep the combo entecavir+ntz

interferon must be continued for 2 years but if you see your hbsag is 1log you better keep interferon even longer if you have no sides.

hbsag quantification in africa is available in south africa, another member from congo has his hospital send blood samples for testing in south africa

th end point of therapy is lower hbsag within 6months from the start of therapy (if no hbsag decline by 6 months you are non responder and eradication is not possible) and make it totally negative by 2years of interferon combination or continue to make it negative by entecavir+ntz in the following years

both entecavir and ntz have no sides so you can keep them for 5years and more until hbsag negative

of course if there is no hbsag decline you might keep ntz only and see if it keeps hbvdna und, just to save money of all drugs.hbvdna und will prevent any liver damage, cirrhosis and hcc but will not eradicate hbv

you were immune tollerant so perfectly healthy

march 2010
immune clearance phase started, immune modulators can help very much when this pahse startsso you did the best by peginterferon, if you hve a chance do add alinia (nitazoxanide) as soon as you can to achieve higer serconversion chances

should I stop peg interferon injection
absolutely never, you are fully infected the only result to stop infection is hbsag negative all the rest is useless, make hbsag quantification to see if it is decreasing and add alinia

the minimum is 2years if hbsag is decreasing to achieve hbsag eradication, all other results are useless and have no meaning to stop infection

hbvdna is just replication, it is not virus and not infection, you have to make hbsag quantification only to see if you are clearing infected liver cells, of course hbvdna must become low/negative and hbeag negative but these are not endpoint results, they all will return positive by time if hbsag remains positive
