help me read my lab result

wbc count 7.3            neutrophils 0.63
rbc count 4.06           lymphocytes 0.34
hematocrit 0.38         monocytes 0.01
hemoglobin 129         eosinophils 0.02
HBsAg(screening)=REACTIVE
Im 4months pregnant,is my baby appected of my HBsag?do i need to take any medicine to cure n how long it will take?tq

you must check if hbeag is positive and hbvdna quantity

baby must be vaccinated immediately at birth

if hbe pos and hbvdna detactable you might start treatment with tenofovir, this makes infection to the baby almost impossible but once started tenofovir cannot be stopped until you make hbsag negative (maybe 10-15 years needed)
