help me

good day!!!! My problem is i am a HBsAG reactive but non reactive in Anti HBs.
then reactive in HbeAG but non reactive in Anti HBe. What does this mean?

I cant understand this. Can you help me here is the result:

Tested: Aug 2006
HBe Ag 0.22   - NON REACTIVE
Anti-HBe 0.07 - REACTIVE

Tested sept 2004
HBsAg          - reactive
Anti-HBs        - NON REACTIVE
HBe Ag          - NON REACTIVE
Anti-HBe         - reactive
Anti0HBc lgG  - reactive
Anti-HAV lgM  - NON REACTIVE

It means you have hepatitis b and you don't have antibodies to it, it shows in your Anti-Hbs. I'm afraid you are infectious because your HbeAg is positive. I think you are in acute stage. You need to have further test to know your status. Your chance to get rid the virus is much higher.

You present HBeAg+ HBV.  Your ALT, AST, HBVDNA?
