help please

I recently got tested for Hepatitis B,C
my hepatitis c was thank God negative
My Hepatitis B result was quite confusing even though my gynocologist told i am immune i still need to be sure.

Hepatitis b surface antigen was neg
HepB surface antibody was Pos
HepB core total was positive
HepB core IgM was negative
HepBe antigen was negative
HepBe antibody was positive.
My primary care physician told me that i am a carrier, and i should get a ultrasound of the liver to see if any damage. I am freaking out and i am not sure who should i believe between the two doctors..

I am more concern about your PCP who doesn't know how to read a basic HepB panel.  You cleared a past HepB infection naturally.  These type of clearance has very little to no long term impact on your liver.  You could request an ultrasound if it makes you feel better, but you are likely fine.

Thanks no need for ultrasound of the liver. I am very scared about liver damage.
