hep b test results

ive just had a set of test results that are confusing my doctors, can anyone shed any light on these results
Surface Antigen Positive
E antigen Positive
Anti HBE negative
Anti HBC igm negative
Anti HBC Reactive
Viral Load(PCR) undectectable
All LFTS normal

As gen said, the diagnosis leans more towards a chronic carrier, maybe it can also be an acute stage that just began meaning low viral load that will rise with time, presence of HbsAg  and HbeAg (Virus rapidly multiplying), anti HBC IgM takes abit of time to show too. Lack of antibodies show body immune system has not reacted yet. Check for presence of Hbc IgG antibody, If negative then the infection might be newly acquired. Re test after six months.

yeah pcr can confuse ur doc but as i know it is possible to have undetectable viral load which is at least better to have soma loads

so i guess what's confusing the doctors is that you have the signs for chronic hbv, yet you have no detectable viral load?
