i am 29 yrs old and i am a hep b possitve my test shows hbsag possitive. what does it mean is it fatal?

The test just shows a possibly recent infection or vaccination. Hepatitis B is rarely fatal and vast majority of patients are able to tide over the infection on their own, while a few may require treatment.
