According to my records at the doctors office I had a hep b vaccine in august 1994. It only lists that one date. It also states hep b pediatric strength in august 98 and then in Feb 99. Does this seem correct? I thought it was supposed to be three in succession.

Hello, when my son go them, he recieved the one, then 3 months later the second, then another 3 months the third.
Is it possible that the doctor has tried to get 3 injections but for some reason it was stopped?
You could have blood work to check and see if you have antibodies (protection) to the Hep B. If not you could start over again.

Difficult to say, it can be 2 or 3-dose, 0-12 months, and dependent on age, types of vaccine used, mono or combined.
