I believe only some HBV people develop itchy skin but this doesn't indicate a more or a less advanced liver damage. Itchy skin usually occurs at the Acute HBV stage, the chronic stage has usually no symptoms. Try to use some over-the-shelf drugs to relieve ichiness but consult with your dr first.

- Late in the acute stage of infection (seroconversion).
- Chronic infection but low risk of liver damage — carrier state.
