Hi there,
If you are hepatitis B positive, most of the cases of hepatitis B cure spontaneously and may not require treatment. A repeat test after 6 months may help in detecting whether you have cleared the virus or if the infection is persisting .You should be tested again for HBsAg, HBsAb and HBcAb to know the status of your disease and decide the management. Do discuss your concerns with a hepatologist.I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
