lamivudine is out of guidelines for hbv since many years, it simply doesn t work and just make resistance, tenofovir is the only antiviral you can use

antivirals dont cure hbv but only liver damage so if you have normal fibroscan there s no reason to take an antiviral, they are ment for life on those with liver damage since they dont cure hbv and have no effect on hbv clearance

From your communications at the beginning of this thread, I could see that you begun to take medication for hbv despite your normal alt and ast, and undetectable hbv dna. I don't get it why on earth your doctor put you on medication to begin with? Have you checked your liver by ultrasound and fibroscan/biopsy? As others told you many years ago, the medication against hbv is only for those with liver damage and high viral load; it only controls the replication of the virus and stops further damge of the liver, but doesn't cure the disease.

Lamivar is Lamivudine, first generation antiviral drug for Hepatitis B. It is very seldom used now because of its drug resistance profile. What is the purpose of  taking antiviral if your viral load is already very low or undetectable? I suggest you get a second opinion from a liver specialist, not just ordinary doctor. Also please remember, when antiviral is needed, you usually have to take it for at least several years, not just 6 months.

If your wife is vaccinated and has antibodies, she will have immunity against infection. It is safe to have unprotected sex. So after your wife receives her 3 dose vaccination, have her tested for HbsAb.

if my wife has vaccinated . after sexually contact she how many chances to she getting hep B.

Your wife should be vaccinated, so should all your children. There is nothing to fear about Hepatitis B, there are treatments to keep it under control until we find a cure. All those close to you can be protected by vaccination.

You should have liver functions tests (ALT, AST, etc) and hbvdna. Establish a relationship with your liver doctor and get treatment when it is necessary.

If your hbvdna is undetectable, then it is likely you don't need treatment at the moment, you will just need a check up every 6 months. You should also have liver functions test too.

These numbers don't mean much as different laboratories use different standards and methods. All we need to know is whether your are positive(reactive) or negative (non-reactive) to the tests for
HBsAg
HBsAb
HBeAg
HBeAb
HBcAb
HBcAb (Igm).

To determine whether you need treatment or not, we also like to know:
ALT
AST
hbvdna
history

Also it would be useful to know:
HBsAg (quantitative)
Fibroscan or biopsy.

interprete this for me please?HBsAg 25(postv), Anti HBsAg/HBsAb 3.25(Negv),Anti HBcAg-Total antibodies 0.2(postv),HBcAg-igm 0.77(Negtv),HBeAg 0.00(Negtv), Anti HBeAg 0.30(Postv).thanks
You are most probably chronic hbv carrier. Get a liver specialist and check your liver tests such as ALT, AST, etc and check your liver fibroscan and ultrasound. Also you need to test hbv dna, the specialist will decide with you on whether your current status needs treatment or not. As a chronic hbv carrier you need a regular check up of those tests I mentioned above.
