Hi,
Your FibroScan result is not that bad; it is within the normal range. Since you are HbeAg- and anti-Hbe+, it is most problable that you are chronic hbv carrier. But we need more information as Hbsag in IU/ml, hbv dna in IU/ml, ALT and AST in IU/L to have a better picture of your hbv status.
