MY Blood test result is below

HBsAg -  Positive

HBeAg-- Negative

Anti HBe -Positive

Anti HB C-Positive

Anti HCV IgM--Non reactive

HBV (DNA) Viral count by PCR-- less than 3. 2iu/ml  undeductable range.

What does it means and shall i need any treatment now?

you are probably in inactive phase, you might check hbsag quantity by abbott architet hbsag iu/ml quantification and if hbsag<500iu/ml you are inactive carrier in immune clearance, if higher just cronic (chronic) hbv in inactive phase

the only treatment with hbsag seroconversion chances is nitazoxanide (alinia) which can lower hbsag and might clear it in 1-2 years, all other drugs might make damage in your case because only active on hbvdna which is already und by your immune system, other durgs can even increase hbsag so try off label alinia or just monitor
