hepatitis B

i have been detected as hep B reactive about 1 year back. my lab results are as follow:

Anti-HBc total : reactive
Anti-Hbc IgM : non reactive
HBeAg: non reactive

currently, i am just monitoring LFT for every 6 months. My latest ALT: 15 and AST: 20. I would like to know my current health condition and what i need to do further?.

Your ALT number is very good. To get a more complete picture, you may like to measure your serum hbvdna (viral load) number next time your check your LFT.
