hepatitis B

HBsAg = positive
HBeAb= positive
Anti-HBc= positive
Anti- HBsAg=4m/u/ml (>10m/u/ml)
HBeAg= negative
viral load test result: 53UI/ml.
in my previous test result my viral load is below detection limit. please help me interpret the result and what would be possible recommendations for treatment because I was earlier told that I don't need treatment based on the previous viral load result

still you dont need any treatment as your viral count is very low if it gets more than 20000 than you need medications get your hbsag quantitative done you are in carrier state what is the value of your fibroscan ?

I don't know what fibroscan is, but I will make enquiries from my Doctor.
yes get it done than you will be able to know the perfect condition of your liver
