hepatitis HBs Antibody reactive

I need HELP:

Recently i had lab test with the resuld as follow:-
HBs Antigen --------------non-reactive
HBs Antibody-------------reactive 159.4 mIU/ML
HAV IgG Antivody ------reactive

My liver function test results are all normal .

I am confuse, my doctor told me that I need to go for hep blood test from time to time and if the reading of HBs Antibody is in getting lower, than need to take the vaccine injection.  

1.  what is the situation now? Is it, forever in life i have to monitor the heptitis test from time to time and get vaccine  
     injection if reading of the getting lower?  

2.  can the hep reading turns into normal after a while? if yes, how long?

--You are immune now, only monitor when necessary, e.g. you are going to places with high HBV.
