Hello.  I am sorry that no one has responded to your question.  Most of the discussion here concerns hepatitis C, although there are occasional questions such as yours, about hep B.  Also, there are no doctors here, we are people infected with hep C or caretakers, friends or relatives.

It is too bad that your doctors will not share more information with you, as it is your right to know.  I hope you can learn more  about your sister's test results, and I wish you both all the best.

I had a cat wind up with toxoplasmosis when I was on treatment for my hepatitis c, & I was pretty scared I'd get it so I got tested for it too ... Thankfully it came back negative.

I wish I knew more about the subject, & more about Hep B so That I could be of some assistance... but most here are infected with hepatitis c... I can only echo donAldonso & wish you & your sister the very best... Sorry I am not able to help you further, or at least ease your mind a bit!

I am hoping that you can find this thread again.  You might want to check this website for more info on hep b management.

and perhaps,if you google the two terms hep b and toxoplasma gondi, you can get some results you can use.  there is a hep b online group that might have some information, based in the UK, maybe you can find it if you search under hepatitis b support group.  good luck in your search
